Reservations & Cancellations
Sirius Sled Dogs is a small family business, the dogs earn their own keep while they do what they love best - running in harness and making new friends. This is our reservation and cancellation policy.
Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit with the balance due on arrival by cash or credit card.
Cancellations by guests - fees are as follows:
- More than 30 days in advance - $20 fee.
- 29 to 8 days in advance - 50% of the deposited amount.
- 7 days or less in advance - no refund.
- Gift certificates can be issued if desired for the forfeited amounts and are transferable and good up to one year and may be used for purchases from our online store.
- We will make every effort to reschedule your tour should you need to do so.
Cancellations by Sirius Sled Dogs:
There may be unavoidable situations that require us to cancel a tour such as injury, sickness, inclement weather, equipment failure, etc. Should this occur a full refund will be issued.
